Pac-Man Kill Screen Explained
« on: November 05, 2017, 10:50:57 PM »
The split screen and its causes have been analysed elsewhere (Don Hodges for example), but this guy's video is pretty good. A nice balance between not-so-technical and technical stuff, with good visualizations. Check out the rest of his channel AS WELL.

Nice find, Jry! That whole channel's excellent. I definitely recommend it for anyone interested in the more technical side of retro games.
Donkey Kong (US Set 1) - 519,800
Donkey Kong (Japan Set 3) - 212,400
Crazy Kong Part II (Set 1) - 492,800
Donkey Kong Remix (Christmas) - 212,000

Oh yeah, I also stream on Twitch on occasion.

Yer, this was good.

As someone who doesn't have much technical understanding I could still follow most of it alright
