Donkey Kong High Score Lists / Re: Score Submissions
« Last post by xelnia on Today at 06:39:06 AM »
Hello,
I'm brand new to the forum and just trying to submit my first score. I think I've attached the inp file, but not sure what the other files I need are. Any assistance appreciated, thanks.

C. Buck

Welcome to DKF! verything looks good. Zipping the INP is the way to go, and since you're using a more recent version of WolfMAME you don't need to submit anything other than the INP itself. Your score has been verified and added to the DKF High Score List! It's listed as "C. Buck", so let me know if you'd prefer something else. Let's see some more submissions soon!

We recently got Joust and Q*bert at Up Down, so I'm getting back into those games.

On my 6th coin drop (since like 2013 when Rusty Quarter closed down, I believe) I was able to get just over 1M on Joust this evening all-the-while I was talking and explaining elements of the game to those watching. Next time I'll focus more.

I may also go for a Q*bert mini-marathon one of these days, since I'd be able to play for about 13 hours straight with the hours Up Down is open.

4 hours ago ACU-AZU scored 999,900.

100 points shy of 1m :( they killed their game off at L21-3.

Sucks that he killed the game off but that is still really cool. Can someone try to find out why he did it? The only reason I can think of is if he thought that was the maximum..?

Wes and I met this guy during Wes' trip to Japan earlier this year. It turns out he stopped intentionally at 999,900 so the score would show all those 9s.

Looks like ACU-AZU may have got his true million back on New Year's: https://twitter.com/CueRetog/status/947790043891896320 (also retweeted on his page).

Wow! Very interesting! And how much does the Donkey Kong PCB Board costs and where (or which site) I really need to purchase it for you? I've seen one at Ebay;it costs 50 dollars plus Shipping & Handling;and it's a repair service for only 4/2 tkg boards of BOTH Donkey Kong and Donkey Kong,Jr..

I've got several of them. Happy to sell you a DK PCB for $225 + Shipping. Feel free to PM me.

On which arcade site I must buy it for you?
