Eh, Friday, next Wednesday, what's the difference, anyways?! Alright..

9,900 (1-2)
47,200 (3-3)
10,600 (1-2)
14,300 (2-1)
40,200 (3-2)

I was planning on doing 20 but am stopping at 5 for now, rest later. Wow, it seems every other game I was either in ring rust mode or in not ring rust mode...that's kinda weird actually.

7 more attempts for now

37,200 (3-2)
51,100 (3-3)
68,900 (4-2)
34,700 (3-1)
60,600 (3-4)
80,700 (4-3)
18,500 (2-2)

Looks like I'm way more consistent with my scores, considering only one is less than 30k, and I basically wasted 2 lives trying to get the Elevator Shortcut Jump down in that one. Can't wait to continue later.

Hey guys, been a long break, but I just wanted to I guess "bump" this thread with some info. Since my last post, I did a good bunch of attempts shortly after that I have recorded, but then my computer broke AGAIN, and instead of getting a new one, I have gotten a Surface Pro Tablet instead. While amazing, it is unable to play emulators such as MAME. However, next weekend I should be due for a new computer, so expect next weekend to be the return of this blog and my attempts at 100k and later a killscreen! See y'all then! More updates will come if necessary.

Bump for this topic, as I will be resuming playing this game soon! I finally have a working computer that can actually play Donkey Kong, so my quest for a killscreen will continue very shortly!

My first 10 attempts in a long time, here we go:

17,800 (2-2)
16,800 (2-2)
23,700 (2-3)
700 (1-1)
55,800 (4-1)
28,600 (3-1)
58,700 (4-1)
27,700 (3-1)
6,300 (1-2)
13,500 (2-1)

Average: 24,960 (4 runs above average)

Could definitely be better and not up to snuff with my previous scores, but through the course of this I developed a good strategy for the Spring and Rivet levels, and the Cement Factory one has always come easy to me. I've now been able to set aside time daily for 10 runs during the week, so this should be updated frequently.
